This would work better in a tighter crop, losing the wall, elbow and hands.
The out of focus hands don't work at all well and betray it's photographic origins (if you were painting this young ladies portrait from life you wouldn't think to use such a limited depth of field because your eyes don't work like that!)

The hair is nicely handled and I like the fall off to white on her shoulder.

(You're gonna get caned for not providing the photo reference...post one quickly or you're gonna get a slap from one of the mods! )

well, i kind of disagree with flyer, i really enjoy the "out of focus" bits. It gives
it a nice photo feel, with a painted outcome, of course ive always enjoyed art
that has unconventional character. (although, you really should link a reference.)

I withheld a reference one time, and its quite embarrassing if someone
else found your ref.
And you will get one of the mods 'jumping'on you sooner or later
