A well drawn pose; the anatomy seems fairly good. Yet, I think it would have looked good if you integrated the glossy highlights more with the colour surrounding them. Right now it looks too spotty. Try painting a little brighter skin tones around, without completely blending them.
Also, the background is quite simple. It might be that you only wished to focus on the character, but a good background always improves the picture as a whole. Perhaps a palmtree would look good?

Does anyone else think the title of this is rather sexist?

Not bad, but there are definitely some anatomical issues - specifically around her lower back. I think it should dip-in, in more of an arch from her shoulders, as opposed to bulging out slightly. Also, from the way her bikini appears, it would seem her left boob is probably sticking out (?)

I love the face, but I'm not crazy about the body. Actually I find it too anatomically correct for a manga style, especially when comparing woth the face style. +8!
